Printable Graph Paper
Square grid paper with the square size and page size you choose. Printed at 100%, the squares are exact.
About graph paper
1/4 inch squares (4 per inch) are the US classroom standard; 5 mm and 1 cm are the metric equivalents. Smaller squares suit charts and plots; bigger ones suit young children and math practice.
Turn on heavier line every 4, 5 or 10 squares to make counting and scale drawings easier: every 4 squares of 1/4 inch paper make an inch, and every 10 squares of 1 mm paper make a centimeter.

Printing tips
- Print at 100% scale (the "Default" or "Actual size" option), not "Fit to page", so the spacing comes out exactly as chosen. The page size is set for you; if your printer's dialog asks, pick the same paper.
- Most printers can't print right to the edge, so keep a margin of at least a quarter inch (about 6 mm) or the outermost lines may be cut off.
- To save a PDF instead, choose "Save as PDF" as the printer. Print as many copies as you need from there.
